義美、江醫師豬肉鬆都中鏢

彰化縣衛生局依據高雄市政府衛生局提供的正義問題油下游資料，比對和稽查之後，今天發現彰化縣榛紀食品公司今年曾使用正義的「工廠用香豬油」與維力香豬油，生產筍香、香菇、高麗菜三口味的肉包和豬肉酥，衛生稽查員封存剩餘的28桶維力香豬油及783公斤肉包、154 公斤豬肉酥。

因榛紀食品是為義美食品公司代工生產原味豬肉鬆（200公克裝），清查出貨5949盒、1190公斤，及為南投縣農產運銷公司代工生產純豬肉酥（200克裝）、芝麻海苔豬肉酥（(200克裝）、豬肉酥（200克裝），總代工出貨量4277罐，855公斤。

此外，榛紀食品也為江醫師魚鋪子代工香醇豬肉酥（230克裝）2645罐、608公斤，及為一心食品公司代工生產一心苔酥（1.8公斤裝）47包、85公斤。彰化縣衛生局已通知各縣市衛生局監督問題產品下架回收。

此外，清查玉珍齋曾使用正義香豬油製作白片酥（原味、油蔥口味）、桃酥, 口酥餅（油蔥），產品都已出售沒庫存，玉珍齋目前封存126桶正義香豬油。
