X1底盤異音.吃機油與換機油後的差別

我的X1新車經過緩速斑馬線時.後座下面有鐵片震麻聲..有告知原廠.又要排班就懶得回廠去檢查..好像有點像排氣管上檔片與排氣管的敲擊聲(排氣管吊掛橡膠疲乏)

還有~新車時馬力是很飽滿但衝力就有點弱..2000去換完機油後.衝力突然變很大.輕踩油門整個就是貼背感.但有少許吃機油(4000時電腦顯示的機油量已經少許下降1/4).5000去插電腦換機油時告知接待有些許吃機油.結果換完後衝力又回復到新車狀態.機油量正常.告知原廠得到的回答是"個人感覺"

拜託!BMW接待能不能專業點.問他X1這樣吃機油算容許範圍嗎?他回答我:BMW沒聽過吃機油.只有添加機油.

暈倒~沒吃機油何須添加機油

附張圖片..就是這種斑馬線才會出聲音(還要新的喔.舊的被車子壓平了就沒聲音)
