101年第二題： 有關新藥的人體試驗，醫療法與藥事法分別定有相關條文予以規範，請論述醫療法 與藥事法規範對象與內容的差異。 ----- 我一開始是想以醫療法第八條與依藥事法第四十二條第二項規定訂定的藥品優良臨床試驗 準則第三條作定義的對照，然後在概述醫療法第七十八條、第七十九條所規範的事項以 及藥品優良臨床試驗準則大致上的規範做比較，可是這樣寫好像有點離題(因為變成在 比醫療法跟臨床試驗辦法，而沒有提到人體試驗) --- 想請問一下這題的人體試驗藥事法的著墨點是在哪一個區塊為主(這樣寫會不會離題) ，以及準備這種考試的法規是需要背(或是寫)的很詳細，出自幾條第幾項第幾款都要寫 出來，還是只要引用得當就可以了? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.71.94.7 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1401886918.A.E5B.html
