走在上海外灘的大道上，一臉倦容的盛智文終於笑逐顏開，擺脫香港近日諸事纏繞的不快，高呼一句：「 Welcome to Shanghai!」

「香港人不快樂」　盛智文

盛智文，出名的「大公關」。在過去的訪問中，他說過「董建華是我兄弟」、「曾蔭權亦是我兄弟」。他是猶太裔，德國出世，在加拿大讀書。在香港生活了四十六年，他愛香港愛到會肉麻高呼：「 I love Hong Kong!」
但這個「大公關」，今天不再面面俱圓。說到第三任特首 CY，無法「稱兄道弟」。他眉頭深鎖地向記者說：「 CY盡晒力。」但結果是：「 Hong Kong is moving slow!」他早把目光轉移至內地。上週四，他往上海公幹，站在外灘的街頭，沉重地對本刊記者說：「我擔心香港很快會被內地城市超越。」
