二十七歲的阿傑，由始至終想着要開 café。他三年前來到有七間分店的咖啡店 Holly Brown做「臥底」侍應，認識了一樣發着創業夢的 Tracy、 Javier及 Kinder。各人拿出私己錢，加上阿傑父母「科水」，集資三百多萬，開設咖啡店 Spade by Lassana。他們說，這名字只是亂想得來，並無意思。
