群健第四台 有影像沒聲音!!更怪的是..換到大愛台後

我是用禾聯４２液晶電視
昨天剛牽第4台 畫面信號清楚　可是都沒有聲音
靜音　立體聲　外接喇吧　都試過了，ＤＶＤ　　ＰＳ２會有聲音
可是第四台都沒聲音，更怪的是　只要我按到　［大愛］突然就有聲音了
其他台也都突然有聲音　只是聲音有雜音　，到底是電視問題還是第四台的問題？

還是我人品問題？
