酒駕第二次要被關嗎??(急!!)20點

我友人在民國96年12月27開車酒駕被抓，酒精濃度忘了多少，
那時開紅單3萬6千，勞動服務72小時。

今年102年12月21號，酒駕不幸撞到一位女士，還直衝前面的護欄，聽友人供詞說他踩煞車踩錯踩成油門1.(這算駕駛逃逸嗎?
事後警察來酒測:1.01，被帶回警局，有誠心向警察認錯，第二天開法庭，也有向檢察官認錯，這樣我友人需要被關嗎??
