民進黨主席蔡英文今日表示，與中國往來的機會與風險，政府必須要做適當的平衡與風險控管，而馬政府在這方面事毫無風險控管的觀念，也沒有對可能造成的衝擊與社會財富分配的問題作完整的規劃。

蔡英文說，尤其這幾年來馬政府的中國政策其實對台灣的社會與經濟所造成的總體效益與衝擊，也是現今社會正在檢驗中的事情。

蔡英文強調，中國政策只是台灣所有對外關係的一部分，台灣當然要與中國維持一個穩定的關係，但台灣的自主性與主權其實是全民非常重視的議題。
