高雄氣爆發生至今將滿一個月，紅十字會表示，氣爆相關的計畫與預算編列都已經完成，將運用於罹難者家屬及傷者慰問金、重傷者長期療癒信託補助金、生活扶助、心理支持服務、屋損慰問金、學校修繕補助、特殊的救災及防護設備、捐助AED予災區超商及里辦公室、防災教育宣導等。

紅十字會也與張老師基金會合作，設立「保庇專線」，由張老師基金會資深專線輔導員及社工接線，提供民眾身心復原服務及關懷追蹤。
