「大師姐」三個字，已成精品代名詞。最近推出一系列新醬汁。最特別是粵式百搭烤焗醬。沿用中環某燒味名店的秘方，以大孖磨豉醬海鮮醬、同順興麻醬、金星玫瑰露、日本九鬼麻酒，先後有序炒香拌勻而成。味道似沙嗲醬和海鮮醬的混合體，甜鹹平衡，做到大師姐最着重的和味。用來醃叉燒、排骨、雞翼，或煎或焗，香氣撲鼻！此外還有 XO醬、牛肝菌醬，用來拌麵或伴蔬菜，簡單又滋味。
