蘇格蘭司法部長同意林克穎引渡案

英藉商人林克穎撞死我國送報生潛逃回英國後，愛丁堡法院於六月判決同意將林克穎引渡至台灣服刑，接著蘇格蘭司法部長也於昨天同意引渡案，引渡案已經連過兩關，但林克穎可以在兩周內上訴蘇格蘭高等法院，引渡案仍未定案。
