班戟在日本大熱。這股熱潮也吹到香港。經營咖啡店的「孖人廚房」大細孖 Caleb和 Joshua，主意多多，最近就將這甜點升級成正餐。

 

這裏環境像酒吧，全吧枱座，裝潢加入霓虹燈、中式拉閘、舊式格仔地磚，古老成時興。只開晚市，人人來到都拿刀叉或筷箸吃 Pancake飲酒，氣氛輕鬆。八款 Pancake，有鹹有甜，佐肉類海鮮等鹹食的加入蕎麥粉，不夠鬆軟，卻有股清香；另一種甜吃的，加了 Ricotta cheese，更滑更富蛋香。另有幾款創作小食。
