黃：謝立功違法行政中立 謝：有誤會

基隆市長黃景泰原訂今天上午10點赴監察院，檢舉國民黨提名市長參選人謝立功在未辭去國安會諮詢委員時，就投入參選活動，有違行政中立原則，但因高雄氣爆事件而取消。

謝立功今天晚間6 點出席基隆市商業公會第22屆理事長就職典禮，接受媒體訪問回應，昨天辭呈已獲准，且先前都有按照規定請假，因此黃景泰可能有誤會，未來會持續和黃溝通。

國民黨提名基隆市長參選人謝立功晚間出席基隆商業會理事長就職典禮，針對黃景泰檢舉他違法行政中立一事回應，表示黃有誤會，未來會持續溝通。
