愛吃稻庭烏冬的，該知道有百多年歷史的佐藤養助乃其中的超級名牌，至今仍以全人手製作，煙韌滑溜。品牌五年前在圓方開料理店，主打稻庭烏冬。最近終於在灣仔開分店，約 3,000呎，可容納 70人，落地玻璃窗外是 270度維港景致，除了散座，更附設獨立鐵板燒房。
