台新投顧協理黃文清：

吸睛股：F-中租 (5871)展望下半年，中租去年與龐巴迪簽訂合作備忘錄，負責亞太地區購機融資策略夥伴，提供租賃、融資、管理、銷售服務，正式跨足飛機租賃業務；股價底部翻揚，外資法人持續買超布局有利籌碼面，由於看好未來將受惠於新增的飛機租賃融資業務，營運進入高成長。

關鍵數據：中國7月匯豐PMI初值升至52，遠高於預期51，國企三天漲幅高達5.6%。

技術指標：再度跌破月線，觀察月線三天內是否可再站上。指數不宜跌破7/18低點9335點，跌破頭部明顯。

觀盤重點：Qualcomm展望欠佳，且遭中國反壟斷調查，股價重挫，多檔費半成份股也連續兩天大幅下挫，台灣電子股受到衝擊後觀察。進入第二季季報公布期的個股表現及政策偏多的金融股都可留意。
