文件內容對比程式請問

請問有什麼軟體可以快速比較文件內容

但前提是...內容會如下

A文件內容 B文件內容

A=1 D=3
B=2 A=2
C=3 B=1
D=4 C=2
E=5

E=2

兩文件內容資料"ABCDE"所在的行不一樣
但是要比對AB文件內容
把B文件內容改為A的內容

有使用WinMerge軟體過 不過第一次用
兩文件內資料所在的行又不同

目前只能一一複製a到b尋找在修改
不知道有什麼方法可以快速比對這樣子的內容嗎
