員林的寓見花園有購買價值嗎?

請問各位大大，前幾天跟老婆有去員林，有經過員林大道，發現有＂寓見花園＂這個建案
想請問一下「寓見花園」值得購買嗎？
1.允將建設品質口碑好嗎?
2.此件案地基位置、生活機能、交通建設、學區、上交流道，方便嗎？
3.此建案一坪入手價大約多少呢？
希望在員林可以買預售屋，將來跟住在彰化的岳母一起居住，如果此建案可以打通兩戶那就更好了
