提問很急，關於環球影城的票券購買 - 2014-12-02, 22:00

我2月要去環球影城玩，剛剛先在網路買票，
我本來應該要買ダイレクト・イン(前売り)，卻不小心買成パーク引き換え，
已經刷卡(卡是13日結帳)，請問我現在該怎麼把它從園區換票改成可以網路列印呢？
可以直接問他客服嗎?電話該怎麼打?
還是可以直接取消訂票?
如果上述都不行，園區換票該怎麼換?
拜託好心的大大們解答，我現在很急！！(第一次發文，格式有弄錯也請告訴我一聲，拜託。)
