吳敦義：查清氣爆原因 該負責就負責

高雄氣爆事件造成30人死亡、數百人輕重傷，部分民代把矛頭指向時任高雄市長的副總統吳敦義，吳敦義今天表示，要查清楚高雄氣爆的遠因和近因，當地檢署查明清楚後，「有蓋章的就要負責」。

吳敦義今天參加肝病防治學術基金會20周年紀念活動時，媒體提問，外傳高雄埋設箱涵和管線都在吳敦義擔任高雄市長任內核准的，且24年前的事，早超過法律追溯期，即使最後查明官員要負責，也「無責可負」。

吳敦義表示，最重要的關鍵，是地檢署需要查明，究竟為什麼管線會穿越箱涵，因為管線穿越箱涵，因水氣造成管線腐鏽，這是造成高雄氣爆的遠因。
