各位大大好，小弟有幸獲得以下家公司的offer 想請教各位前輩就發展性及薪水是否能給予一些建議 公司名稱 旺宏 世界先進 力晶 地點 新竹 新竹 新竹 職務 擴散製程 擴散製程 TD整合 工時 約10~11 約12+ 8~10 壓力 高 高 普 輪班 小夜大夜假日 小夜假日 小夜假日 薪水 (N*14)+簽約金 (N-1)*16+分紅?
