請問 AirPort Express 可以在 Windows 7 系統中 用來下載bt或驢子嗎?

請問大家

本身有 IPHONE 5及IPAD AIR
最近想再買個AP
原本的AP是
TP-LINK 的TL-WR841ND(v7版)
牽的網路是 中華光世代 100/20M
接到TP-LINK 的TL-WR841ND
用來下載bt或驢子根本跑不動
要下載也都接數據機
但又常常用airplay的功能
電腦直接傳到Yamaha RX-V473 聽音樂
所以網路線 常常拔來去
請問 AirPort Express 可以在 Windows 7 系統中
用來下載bt或驢子嗎? 跑的動嗎?
或者有其他機種選擇
我不用到1G速度也不用到802.11ac規格
