人生有很多的第一次，隨著經驗累積會有提醒自己注意的地方

不同於買車，從剛開始【隨意】到後面的【謹慎】

仍然有許多人中招。

買房不同於買車，在人生少數的第一次，很多人都不知道眉眉角角。

從以前看周遭環境，到後面公設比。

說真的有多少人會注意到【自身】，想說拿新屋不動產抵押應該可以。

當然也有很多房仲業者在新鮮人提出薪資;存款夠不夠貸款。

更多業者為了業績都是口沫橫飛說可以。

其實，有良心的業者多多少少在依照合約走的同時，也能顧慮到顧客心態

多少退一步，而不是依照合約總價來走。

只能說，這個虧兩百萬真貴。
