請問大家有試過啟動熄火的問題嗎？

新買來的小V LXV125,
開了大概一週，
試過好幾次啟動加油就立馬熄火，
還有好几次啟動後加油沒動力再加大油也沒動力，
然後突然發飈～
是因為天氣冷，預熱不夠,還是我的駕駛技術有問題呢？
以前一直開二衝程50cc的～

無限擔心中
