請問有人在這個網站買過東西嗎？

小弟我日前於這個網站http://www.nipponblue2014.com.tw/
購買了一些衣物及鞋子，12/28日商品寄來後卻發現裡面沒有鞋子，且衣、褲尺寸均不合身
想辦理退貨，該網站除了電郵信箱與線上客服外，無其他聯絡方式
相關問題我已於當天向該網站反映，迄今卻等無回應！
我知道這個網站是在賣什麼商品，也怪自己貪小便宜自找麻煩
但我想了解站上是否也有人在該網站購物遇過類似情況？後續又是如何處理的呢？
