機車強制險過期

今天未兩段式左轉被警察開單,也有查到我的強制險過期.
紅單上是寫未依兩段式左轉,保險單欄是鈎未出示.我問警察有沒有開我強制險過期,他說沒有.
回到公司聽我同事說只要被開罰單,監理單位會查保險有沒有過期,如過期監理單位還會罰一條強制險過期.

我查過強制汽車責任保險法經公路監理機關或警察機關攔檢稽查舉發者，由公路監理機關處以罰
鍰。為汽車者，處新臺幣三千元以上一萬五千元以下罰鍰；為機車者，處新臺幣一千五百元以上三千元以下罰鍰。

可是我同事說他也是機車強制險過期結果是罰6000.

都是沒肇事的.

請問大家,機車強制險過期是被罰1500-3000元還是6000元?
