科法斯：法國可能陷入長期低通膨

法國信用保險集團科法斯今天指出，法國應能避免通縮，工資相對抗跌力是原因之一，然而如同發生在日本20世紀90年代的長時間低通膨及疲弱增長，似乎有更大可能。

2011年以來，法國的經濟增長和通膨率一直下滑。科法斯預測，法國國內生產毛額（GDP）增長不會超過0.4%（2014年）及0.8%（2015年），顯著低於2011年的2.1%水平。

同樣地，今年前十月，消費物價與一年前相比，只增加0.5%，預估2015年通膨率將維持在平均0.7%，相比2011年的2.3％低上許多。

如同在90年代的日本，法國「低通膨」是種種危機的間接後果。增長和通膨同時下滑主要是需求疲軟的結果，而這是繼一次或多次危機後的正常現象。

產能過剩的出現（產能使用率仍是其危機前平均水平以下）意味著，許多工業特別容易受到通貨膨脹放緩的影響。

這種情況下，企業往往傾向於建立自己的現金盈餘和減少債務，不作投資，這會對它們中期的增長前景會產生不良後果。
