標題[情報] 一大堆的最高法院決議!!

前情摘要: 最高法院在102年開始，竟然開始偷偷不公布民刑事庭決議 這件事在今年中被我發現之後，我整個大怒! 決議對人民而言是很重要的法律見解，法官都會照著決議判居多 如果人民不知道決議見解，不就等同法律意見的突襲，有違人民訴訟權的保護 於是我就向司法院提起訴願...... 就在今天，雖然我還沒有收到訴願決定 但是我看到最高法院在12/17一口氣公布暗槓起來的決議 我就知道我爭到一口氣了，最高法院什麼僅供內部參考而不公布的歪理 實在是狗屁不通! 想當然我之後的訴願決定一定是駁回，我想這是司法院對於最高法院留一點面子吧! 雖然決議攤在陽光下是好事，但是為了避免各位考生被突襲 我還是盡到告知責任，跟大家說不好意思又多了很多書要讀>http://tps.judicial.gov.tw/ms_news/index.php?page=1&CLASSID=p -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.231.233.98 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1419338176.A.1C0.html ※ 編輯: awanderer (36.231.233.98), 12/23/2014 20:37:07
