CEPA升級 廣東澳門服貿自由化協議

在澳門主權移交給中國大陸15周年前夕，大陸商務部今晚與澳門特別行政區政府簽署在大陸與澳門CEPA架構下的廣東與澳門服貿自由化協議。

中新社18日發自澳門的報導說，大陸商務部與澳門政府晚間在澳門正式簽署「『內地（中國大陸）與澳門關於建立更緊密經貿關係的安排（CEPA）』關於內地在廣東與澳門基本實現服務貿易自由化的協議」。

根據協議，2015年3月1日起，廣東對澳門服務貿易的開放部份多達153個，基本實現服務貿易自由化，同時採用正面清單開放的領域新增24項開放措施，包括新增個體工商戶開放行業84個。

新簽的「升級版」協議是在CEPA及其補充協議原來開放內容基礎上，加深廣東省服務業對澳門的開放程度，使兩地基本實現服務貿易自由化，對服務貿易開放模式同時採用正面清單和負面清單的市場開放管理模式。

大陸商務部官員2003年10月17日與澳門官員正式簽署「內地（中國大陸）與澳門關於建立更緊密經貿關係的安排」及其六個附件文本。內容包括貨品貿易、服務貿易自由化、以及貿易投資便利化三個方面。
