標題[徵/台南/成大] 徵求台南市區套房

希望能在台南東區、北區找到新租屋， 租期希望能先打半年約，之後住習慣再續簽， 合約希望是能從明年1月15日簽到7月15日。 沒有不良習慣，也沒有養寵物。 6坪(5000元) 8坪以上(5500元) 押金1~1.5個月 電費4.5元，夏天可接受到5元(6元7元的就真的沒辦法) 三樓以上需要有電梯。 希望能有基本家具、床、書桌、衣櫃、飲水機、投幣洗衣機 網路、第四台、安全停車位(機車，但只能丟在路邊那種不行) 如果能有垃圾代倒就太好了。 房間通風良好、不要東西曬、噪音。 目前都是假日才有空去看房，租屋向來準時交房租電費， 從來沒有被房東房客抱怨過，意者請回站內信，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.11.11 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Rent_tao/M.1418386897.A.5D4.html ※ 編輯: lattecafe (218.164.11.11), 12/12/2014 20:31:58
