第一次自己買機票，希望各位大大能幫忙解惑

在下雨有人預計12/31要去德國漢堡1/4返台
上網查了一下後查到荷蘭航空如網址http://ea.ezfly.com/ProdWAIR/Search/#search\trip=RT&t...t=20150101&rt=20150104

想請問一下
1.他上面的價錢14700是來回票的價錢嗎?因為查了很多沒那麼便宜的票覺得有點怪
2.機票適用期間是10/20-2/1，意思是這期間都可以搭嗎?不論是什麼時候?沒有固定的登機日?
3.開票後是拿到電子機票，所以只要登機當天去拿護照和機票去櫃檯報到就可以登機了嗎?

我知道有些問題有點蠢，不過因為是第一次所以麻煩各位大大解惑一下，謝謝
