王陽明練拳 說好不打臉

近年歐美吹起了一股「白領拳擊（white collar boxing）」的下班運動風潮。不同於慢、瑜伽等較和緩的運動，充滿爆發力的拳擊，緊張的比賽節奏，讓人更能釋放上班時累積的壓力。

今晚在台北舉辦的「白領拳擊之夜」，是首次在台灣舉辦的白領拳賽，邀請到藝人王陽明、庹宗康到場觀戰。

王陽明說，雖然平時有在練拳，也有不少好友在台上比賽，因為工作不能受傷，他只好克制想上台的衝動，即使平時練習，也要和隊友說好「不能打臉」。
