繼《盛女愛作戰》及《求愛大作戰》等真人騷節目掀起熱話後，前晚首播《沒女大翻身》同樣火熱。有網民批評節目踐踏女性尊嚴，亦有人質疑內容造假。無綫稱節目反映沒女如何脫胎換骨；但通訊局已接 22宗投訴，包括不滿嘲笑參賽者、醜化女性及譁眾取寵等。
