「素食．分子」是一班讀飲食管理、現均經營食肆的同學， 3個月前為了實現一位老師的心願而開設。「那位我們稱為『博士』的老師信奉佛教，見學生多開設燒臘店，經常殺生，希望學生能開一家素食店多種善因。」同學之中有開泰菜館、日本菜、西餐廳、車仔麵店……每人將自家店內最特色和受歡迎的菜式化成素菜，所以口味都是大家吃慣的。
