繼 Aberdeen Street Social後，另一意籍星級大廚 Paolo Casagrande的餐廳終於在上周於元創坊開幕。 Paolo在西班牙開設的餐廳 Lasarte，獲米芝蓮二星評級。來到香港，一口氣開了兩間餐廳，分佔兩層。有甚麼分別？想輕鬆喝杯酒，和朋友分享食物的，要來六樓的 Isono。長長的 Communal table和梳化座，座位距離稍近，擦肩碰肘間讓話題自動展開。還有露台 Standing table，晚上來更悠閒。

 

菜單由 Paolo設計，主打地中海菜，糅合意法和西班牙菜的烹調技巧。四五十款菜式都可選整份或半份分量，大班朋友或是二人晚餐，點菜靈活。食材當然用頂級：風乾 36個月的橡果飼黑毛豬、意大利 Mancini和自家製意粉等，還特地從意大利購入一部三層炭爐，烤黑毛豬、鱸魚、春雞等，令肉食都帶撩人的煙燻香。
