3法院院長人事將更動

由於基隆地方法院、宜蘭地方院院長任期屆滿，澎湖地方法院院長黃麟倫轉任司法院人事廳長，3法院的院長將異動。

司法院已提名由刑事廳副廳長蔡名曜接任基隆地院院長，高院庭長周煙平接任宜蘭地院院長，高雄高分院庭長張意聰接任澎湖地院院長，提案將於8月12日的人審會討論。

此外，司法院還提名調最高法院辦事的高院法官李麗玲為刑事廳副廳長，原任基隆地院院長蔡崇義轉任台南高分院庭長，原任宜蘭地院院長劉壽嵩轉任高院庭長。
