民進黨立委管碧玲今晚在臉書爆料，指衛生福利部長邱文達的掛名著作數量「異常」；她檢視邱文達的著作年表發現，2005年時邱文達共掛名152篇論文，平均兩天多就掛名1篇論文，「產量多到無法相信都是有參與研究的成果」。

管碧玲呼籲，「江揆該出來說說話了」，這麼重大的事，顯示了甚麼問題？要如何處理？需要作甚麼改革？人民想知道答案，「不要每天讓各種白目官員胡言亂語，簡直是無政府狀態了！」
