單眼跳船，閃燈可否接外閃觸發器續用？

小弟想請教一個有點愚蠢的問題

有鑑於5D2的體積實在過於龐大，全家出遊的狀況下總是會發懶不想帶
最近看到Sony的A7S似乎在畫質與體積上取得了不錯的平衡，於是有了跳船的打算
5D2與鏡頭賣掉是沒什麼問題
想請問各位前輩的是，手邊的600跟580兩隻閃燈是否可以在購入如Flashwave之類的外閃觸發器後繼續給A7S使用？
網路上爬文的結果似乎是可以，但由於轉換系統事大，還是想確認一下再動手
另外，
如果可以沿用的話：
一、閃燈的出力等參數就得直接在閃燈上調整了是嗎？
二、一對二的觸閃有沒有什麼要另外注意的地方？
