吳庚大法官那三個判準是有講等於沒講的判準，因為那是行政學就實務濃縮的判準， 考題上看得到三判準依據才有鬼，於是乎如果像某年司法官考一連串的只能跳港 那時候還在念大學，問了幾個老師他們也不是全都記得 推文講的哪些是內部的只能用在沒爭議的，實務上有爭議變判例之類的，都還是要多記 不過近年多半已經比較有條理，像是xx所如戶政事務所、派出所，以前曾認為是單位 後來實務見解承認為機關 那些沒有爭議的分類在『地方行政機關組織準則』都看得到，我不知道您是自念書呢還是 補誰的呢還是查都不查來發懶的伸手文呢 還剩下一個不知道幹嘛立法還是不分開的叫「處」，地方一級機關與一級單位都可以叫處 是以有的老師還會講教育等某三類性質的通常是機關因為性質上比較多對人民之類的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.119.159.236 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1403271720.A.02C.html
