陳威仁提出國家公園企業計畫

對於國家公園的永續經營，內政部長陳威仁今天提出新構想，將在台江國家公園內闢魚塭，委由漁民養虱目魚，10月虱目魚魚收成後，所留雜魚，留給黑面琵鷺當食物，部分魚獲則製成魚罐頭，部分出售，並將所得挹注國家公園基金，提供環境教育及補貼漁民損失之用。

陳威仁進一步表示，全國有8座國家公園，1座國家自然公園，有鑑國家公園的永續經營與發展，普遍缺乏經費，因此，在台江公園的鹽區，委由漁人養虱目魚，再透過漁獲收入，注入基金，做為國家公園環境教育之用，基本上是1種社會企業的概念。

他說，下1個試辦的國家公園，正在考慮金門國家公園，將透過設定地上權的辦法，經營民宿，再將經費回饋到國家公園基金內。
