大家好
小弟最近在高雄找房，看上了新光線上的房子，
回家爬了一下文，發覺關於新光線上的討論非常的少啊。。
也不像某些社區會有自己的臉書頁面。
01 這邊有一棟大樓有在討論，可是蓋到 2011 就沒在蓋了。。。
太普新光線上討論

小弟目前3樓一間談到約 21.85/P，不知道這樣的價錢是否合理?
另外，小弟比較擔心的是它後面的停車場，如果停車場建起來的話，採光一定受不小的影響。
想請問有沒有後面停車場的消息? 還有應該合理的成交價。
