老闆之一 Andy的伯父是緬甸華僑，家裏留有不少葡式美食秘方，又因為自己及家人吃重味精食物會脷脹、會頭痛，所以大字標榜「不含味精、梳打粉、雞粉、鬆肉粉」，甚至連蠔油也棄用，「我哋還原基本步，以洋葱、蒜頭、乾葱、糖、鹽調味。」
