每逢星期六、日，沙田城門河除可見到大量獨木舟、划艇，亦有龍舟訓練，不過只限上午，因為下午會潮退，龍舟無法落水。

小時候，踏入舊曆五月，最大盛事莫過於端午節，除了有糉食，印象最深就是電視只會直播龍舟賽事！想睇其他？ No way！
