〔本報訊〕兄弟象前日籍總教練中込伸在2008年到2009年間，與引發黑象事件的「雨刷」 集團配合打假球，刑事部分被依詐欺罪判刑定讞，中華職業棒球大聯盟因不滿商譽受損， 求償新台幣2億1千萬，今（25）日最高法院判決，中職並非詐欺被害人，判決敗訴定讞。 中職認為，中込伸配合「雨刷」集團打假球，不僅對中職的公平性、專業性造成傷害，更 導致球迷進場人數大減，贊助廠商與廣告也都減少，所以向中込伸提告，並求償新台幣2 億1千萬。 根據法院25日公布判決，打假球受害人是簽賭的賭徒，並不是中華職棒，而兄弟象前日籍 總教練中込伸，因配合綽號「雨刷」的蔡政宜職棒賭博集團打假球，刑事部分依詐欺罪判 刑1年8月、緩刑4年，並支付國庫180萬元，最高法院駁回中職上訴，全案塵埃落定。 http://iservice.libertytimes.com.tw/liveNews/news.php?no=907403&type=%E9%AB%94 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.134.180
