標題[問題] 沖繩 希爾頓住宿刷卡被收兩次費用

as title 因先前與朋友一同去沖繩玩 且希爾頓於當時的價格相當優惠，就於booking.com 下訂 但過程中朋友發現刷另一張卡比較優惠，就修改了信用卡資訊且成功 然後到10月底實際去住宿時，入住時被刷一次卡 退宿時也被要求刷一次卡(不同張)，而且不給明細(有要但他說沒提供!!) 然而那時事後很困惑還特地打去飯店詢問，回覆說不會charge兩筆費用 結果這兩天朋友信用卡帳單下來，發現兩張都有刷卡紀錄(超火的...) 請問有人有類似的經驗or知道該如何處理會比較好嗎? 有寫信寄回官網信箱詢問，但過了近一天沒人鳥... 感覺被欺負語言不通(他們主要說日語,我們用破英語&破日語溝通) 畢竟一筆錢也是4,5K不是隨便就算了 懇請經驗分享求解決辦法，感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.44.249.35 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Japan_Travel/M.1416919139.A.EC6.html
