有關京成電鐵問題 Skyliner

請教各位大大:
出發去東京時間:香草航空 2015年
1/9 AM07:25到成田機場
1/14 PM21:20成田機場起飛

問題:
1.我打算買來回Skyliner+3日TST官網說在B1F買,但是很多人都跟我說在1F買.我想確定在哪裡買?http://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetudou/skyliner/tc/value_ticket/subway.html
2.回程的時候因為是晚上的飛機PM21:20,想好好地逛,但是Skyliner末班車是PM18:20.
假如我已經劃好位子了,但是沒有趕上末班車,我可以改搭ACCESS嗎?需不需要再補錢?(Skyliner比ACCESS還要貴)
