看了今周這篇文章 http://goo.gl/eZ30iO 有點想學習她的做法畢竟自己工作也存了一些錢也丟給親戚朋友看過大家也都覺得蠻可行的當然之後還會再做一些分析會跟房仲朋友、對房地產更有研究的長輩討論想請問大家會覺得這種投資方式除了一般房地產常見的風險外有什麼隱性的風險是報導裡面沒提到的嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.72.11.203
