小套房的房租會 和新舊,景氣有關 不過買賣的價格呢? 譬如高雄5年前新屋價 一間90~100萬 扣掉成本, 房東實拿租金6000 後來舊了... 這幾年大環境又不好 只時拿4800 現在要賣 可以賣多少?
