特偵組：向馬報告行政調查 不算洩密

特偵組開記者會指控法務部前部長曾勇夫及台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌關說後，檢察總長黃世銘「神隱」兩天未對外發表任何言論，特偵組均用新聞稿回應外界的質疑。

黃世銘的電話昨天雖然開機，但是沒有人接聽，媒體從早上打到晚上，有人一天打了廿通，仍然無法取得黃世銘的說法。

針對陳守煌質疑特偵組公布通聯譯文有違法之虞，要求北檢主動偵辦一事，特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗昨天回應，相關調查內容是因刑事偵查取得，案由是貪瀆，並非藉由行政調查獲得通訊監查資料，特偵組前天新聞稿內容沒有違法失職；檢察總長向總統報告行政調查案件也不構成洩密。

據指出，黃世銘因電話被媒體打爆，才透過最高檢察署書記官長洪泰文與媒體聯繫，拜託記者不要再打電話給總長，如果要發表任何聲明，會再請特偵組發送新聞稿說明。
