想去台中住.........

各位大大安好
小弟在北部工作已經快8年
最近有回台中購屋居住的打算
但左看右看
真的不知道
該選擇哪一區
畢竟不是這麼熟悉
想來版上問問各位台中前輩

小弟條件如下 :
1. 預算一千五百萬
2. 四房(含以上)
3. 機能不希望太差(至少走路可以買到吃的用的)
4. 要考慮幼稚園和學區
5. 不奢求買了會漲, 但希望能夠抗跌

請問哪一區是可以去參觀考慮的呢 ?
還是說這樣的條件都要滿足
台中可能沒機會 ?

還是保守一點好
透天我想是不可能了
工作會是在娘家的北屯
如果有那種今年可完工
又可符合我上述條件的建案
那就真的是很不錯了...
