柯P效應？營建業難止跌

台經院今天發布營業氣候測驗點，製造業營業氣候測驗點指數，止跌回升，增加2.84點至97.18點，服務業同樣上升2.84點至94.19點，唯獨營業仍難止跌，下跌3.44點至88.14點，連續四個月下滑。

台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德表示，新的地方首長初上任對於先前重大工程重新審視，難免會稍微延緩工程進度，但是應不致於有太大變化。他認為，房價已經來到高點，市場對於房價「居高思危」才是導致營建業營業氣候側點點下跌的主因，因市場對於不動產景氣已經不再那麼樂觀了。
